This is the same thing we tell people: insulate first, then size the heat pump, then install solar based on the heat pump’s usage. Of course, some installers manage to do that all at once pretty well too, estimating the needed size of the solar.

- When you installed it
- How much it cost
- What fuel you switched from (e.g. gas)
- How big the system is (e.g. 3 ton, 2 mini-split heads)
