I seriously don’t understand why a wine list in South Africa would be dominated by champagne instead of Cap Classique, you will never find a wine list dominated by Cap Classique in France or Italy!

Harvested from a 34 year old block of Shiraz planted in clay soils on the Bottelary . With a total production of 4 barrels these hand crafted wines are a true reflection of terroir & the artisans.
