Letโ€™s lose ladder-like language! I would LOVE it if when people moved into new positions we didnโ€™t call it โ€˜stepping upโ€™ or โ€˜stepping downโ€™. This ladder-like language reinforces perceptions of promotion-only progression when the reality is there are manโ€ฆlnkd.in/eYnKTYqE
