Players that fit into the core age group of early-to-mid 20s to 30-ish that can come in and make an impact. Need 1C if trade Larkin, already needed to upgrade at 2C, and add scoring winger.
Do you suspect they are looking for value now players that add to the young core? Or older veterans than that can help them make a playoff push this season?
He has an NMC, so he can tell them where he would like to go. But the Wings can listen to any (competitive) team's offer and take it to Larkin's camp. Or not trade him. They have to get value-now players in return - picks/prospects won't get a deal done.
