The club are saddened to learn of the passing of Richard Ashby. Richard was a long time member of the club both as a player and, more recently, as a scorer.

He was a huge part of the club and took up many roles on the committee. As a scorer he was one of the first to introduce video highlights in the league and he would spend hours putting together videos for players to enjoy.

All that met Richard will know of his love for Hellingly and his passion to see the club do well. An incredible person, player and scorer, he will be greatly missed. All our thoughts are with his family and friends at this time.

Possibly the hardest season the club has had for a long time and hopefully will have for a long time too!
The cricket hasnโt been great, but weโve stuck at it and come together as a group, always finding a way to enjoy it. See ya Div 5 and 9, weโll see you both again soon

๐๐All Stars provides boys and girls from 5-8 years old with 8 weeks of fun. The programme is suitable for all skill levels, providing your child with the foundations to begin a love of physical activity and cricket, while making friends in a safe and enjoyable environment.๐๐
