Never underestimate the goings ons within a 3 year olds mind.
Completing the psychoeducational assessment, M blew through age appropriate questions and proceeded to successfully respond to questions designed for children 2-3 years older.

Having gone way too far down a rabbit hole into TransLink operations.
I can't find data on total number of suspected fare evaders to properly calculate ROI.
Fare evasion is a messy topic. From folks who can afford and choose to misuse the system to many who can't.

With enough exposure, Toddlers can do a lot of things that may surprise you.
Parenting is hard and screens are easy distractions, but perhaps Candy Crush can wait?
