Just yesterday I ordered from @Seamless and had this additional "service fee" besides delivery sales tax, that you don't see till end. What's that for, and why? Are they using this pandemic as an opportunity to fill there pockets? Seems like that... 🤷🏽♂️😡

I completely agree. These multi-billion dollar enterprises cannot take some extra-load to help their workers out during these trying times? Most of us are struggling but still doing our part. Would be nice to see some conscience from the big-businesses too...
order direct from the restaurants for delivery (best option) or another delivery platform that actually cares for a local economy. There are plenty of choices and there is no reason to rely on Uber which is a company that embodies EVERY bad character trait in corporate America
Yo @UberEats! Just started using you guys for a new neighborhood takeout spot. I have a question, why is the backend so horrible for the restaurant user? Don’t y’all have some serious engineers? This could be fixed in 5 days. Let’s rock. I will QA and run you through what to do.
