Yesterday, @SecretaryTurner joined Helping Up Mission in Baltimore to see how the organization is serving the most vulnerable on Baltimore’s streets. Helping Up Mission assists their homeless neighbors by going into the roughest neighborhoods in Greater Baltimore, offering meals and essentials, building relationships, and providing case management and referrals to services. Their shelters offer wrap-around services aimed to get people off the streets and onto a life of self-sustainability.
