Haven't been able to speak for 3 months, did multiple tests and turns out it's a tumor in my throat that is pressing against my vocal cords I'm taking L after L it's benign but I still gotta go through surgery

I haven't been able to talk properly for almost 3 weeks now, went to doctor and discovered a big lump on my throat so gonna get biopsy and ultrasound on monday to see what it is :( me healthissues=❤️
