Thanks to the coaches at TNL Performance, I hit 20 mph last week -- first middle schooler in the history of TNL, which was founded in 2017.
From TNL: "Most athletes want to run 20 MPH. Sawyer did it in middle school. Seven months ago, his top speed was 17.34 MPH. This month, he became the first middle school athlete in TNL history to break the 20 MPH barrier, hitting a new PR of 20.45 MPH and averaging 20.13 MPH."
