Year 6 enjoyed a packed day of STEM activities hosted by Liverpool University. We made trebuchets, investigated geomagnetism and visited a planetarium. Many thanks to @heswallpta for supporting us by funding the transport to take us there! #betterneverstops @OakTreesMAT

A big thank you to The Lighthouse Church, Heswall for inviting us to their Harvest service today and to our parents and grandparents who brought the children to the service. We were very proud of our children singing ‘Planet Full of Plastic’ and they really enjoyed taking part.

Three of our pupils have taken #heswalloceanblue to Cardigan Bay Marine Wildlife Centre, where they learnt about Marine Conservation. They even met a pod of wild dolphins. They visited the National Botanic Garden of Wales & had some close encounters with some feathered friends!
