Our beginners guide to #gym speak RPE Rate of perceived exertion is on a 1-10 scale. A 10 means an all out lift. If you couldnt have done anymore, thats a 10. 9 means you could have done 1 more. 8 means you couldve done 2 more, etc. ps: nobody cares about a RPE of 6 or below
