This is the nuance that should be included whenever parents say it’s good for kids to feel bored.
It’s more helpful to provide kids with supplies and initial support to build skills that fit their interests. Then kids have a chance to get obsessed with creating something new.

Last month, I came across a 3 page business brochure without any photos of their only product. I asked about this - and they hadn’t realized it until then. To their credit, they’re quickly making a new brochure.

Remembering the time when I told a charity board that their volunteer form had been going to an incorrect email address for over a year, and their donation form wasn’t even hooked up.
You can really help people by simply looking at their marketing materials with fresh eyes.
