Your message has to hit you before it can hit them. If it hasn't helped you, it can't help others. Create from experience. Not performance.

The people talking about you the most… are the ones going nowhere. Stay focused. Let them talk.

Most people underestimate the power of preparation. They jump straight into recording or writing, hoping inspiration will carry them through. But the truth is: great content rarely happens by accident. It’s the result of clear thinking, solid research, a strong outline, and knowing exactly what your audience needs. Spend time upfront clarifying your message, structuring your ideas, and gathering the right examples. Preparation isn’t extra work, it’s the work that makes everything else easier. Who’s willing to invest more time in preparation this year?

You can study all the strategies, formats, and “hacks” you want, but real skill compounds only when you hit publish, see what lands, and do it again. Every post, video, or thread you ship is tuition. Some will flop. Some will surprise you. All of them teach you more than another hour of consumption ever could. Your future audience is waiting on the other side of your next imperfect post. Who else is committing to create more and scroll less in 2026?

Good content doesn’t start on camera. It starts with preparation. Before you write, record, or post, ask yourself: 1. Who am I talking to? 2. What do I want them to walk away with? 3. How can I make it simple, clear, and useful? Skip preparation, and your content will not impact the right people Who actually needs what you have to share. Prepare first. Create second. P.S. Do you prepare yourself before creating or sharing any piece of content?

If content is king, communication is queen. And most executives have the kingdom backwards. They obsess over: • The perfect report • The polished deck • The data-heavy strategy doc Then wonder why nothing moves. Here's the hard truth: Your team doesn't act on information. They act on clarity. A mediocre idea communicated with conviction will always beat a brilliant idea buried in jargon. The leaders who actually drive change aren't the ones with the best content. They're the ones whose message lands. Every time. In every room. With every audience. Content gets you in the door. Communication is what makes people listen, follow, and move. If you're an executive ready to lead with more clarity and less noise, I'm opening a few spots for a free 1:1 strategy call. DM

If you only speak when you “feel ready,” you’ll stay silent most of the time. Your experience is already valuable. Not because it’s perfect, but because it’s real. You don’t need a breakthrough moment to share something meaningful. You need the willingness to speak about what you’re learning right now. What you’re figuring out… What you’re struggling with… What you’re improving… That’s the content.

Information is everywhere. Advice is everywhere. But stories? That’s what people remember. Stories turn ideas into experiences. They help your audience feel something, not just hear something. They make your message relatable, clear, and human. You can share a tip… and it might be forgotten. Or you can share a story… and it will stick. Because stories create connection. They help people see themselves in what you’re saying. They turn your message into something personal.

If you’re not prioritizing your growth, how can you truly lead others? The best leaders are those who lead themselves first, every single day.

You and I were created to lead, starting with ourselves, to impact the world around us.

Discovering your gift and purpose is crucial. When you know what you’re made to do, leading becomes natural, fulfilling and impactful.

Real influence happens when you value others and show humility.

Leadership also means ruling over the earth, not each other. Demanding obedience instead of leading by example pushes people away.

Leadership isn’t gender-specific. God gave both men and women the ability to rule and lead together.

If your actions show growth and integrity, others will follow.

Personal Growth is level one. The first step is to influence yourself and become the leader who takes action. That means command your own self-discipline. What are your thoughts about personal development?

People follow those who lead by example, not by demands or authority.
