If you're sending more than 3 campaigns a week, your list is probably dead.
I should know: I used to send 5 week when I was an Email Marketing Manager.
(and almost burned my list before I course corrected when I was promoted!)
5 campaigns means you're talking at your subscribers.
Not listening to them.
And not reacting to them well.
Because you've entirely forgotten (or ignored) your flows.
Sending one campaign on a Monday means the flows follow up on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Sending another campaign on Thursday means the flows follow up on Friday and Saturday.
Sunday (or that 7th day) is a wild card... or maybe a day of rest.
That's a basic understanding of the email journey.
So sending more is slowly burning your list.
