This narrative needs to go, because if this was the case then no manager would’ve been given a chance to show what they can do.
The job Iraola has done at Bournemouth considering losing star players time after time, rebuilding the defence from having it basically all sold last year and to get them into Europa is a great achievement.
Not only that but his values, work ethic, how he handles himself and his passion for the game shows everything.
Not the Luis Enrique we dream of but by far no means a bad appointment.
I’m excited to see what he can do with the players we have.

Not an Arsenal fan at all but they were robbed. From the moment the second half kicked off the referee was shocking towards them. It setup PSG’s momentum & made it tougher than the game already was. Something was said to him at HT 100%. Even talking to Gabriel before that penalty

Why can some of them never just lose normally? You didn’t threaten the goal from the second half onwards. It’s not a penalty they grab each other.
Fair play the ones who were presumably actually there though.

Arsenal unlucky tonight. Played really well. Denied a pen most refs would have given. Made PSG look almost ordinary. But two awful pens in that shoot out.

Mohamed Salah is lambasted for not speaking enough, then when he does, is slammed for not doing it at the time and in the manner his critics demand.
He is not a performing monkey. He has given absolutely everything he could to the game - and for just shy of a decade, to Liverpool.
