Test drove the R2 at San Antonio and the room in the back seats for child seats is insane. We had plenty of room in front for the wife to sit and not feel cramp like the Tesla model 3.
We noticed lots of Tesla folks testing them out and talked to a few who want one π
I've done almost 2,000 miles on the road in June so far in my R1T. I have subscribed to Autonomy and used Enhanced Highway Assist (EHA) for most of my travel time. Overall, I wouldn't road trip without it as it works just about everywhere - even city streets.
The most annoying/disappointing thing for me is the lane change capabilities. I have to manually initiate a lane change with the stalk like early days of Tesla EAP/FSD. This itself is not a big deal, but what is a big deal is there are places where EHA works but you cannot change lanes with the stalk. Here it operates like Gen 1 Driver where you have to manually change lanes and EHA kicks back in once you're in the lane again. First world problems.
I am hoping they add automatic lane change soon and get rid of using the stalks altogether.
