Voters across the political spectrum are exhausted by division, career politicians, and a system that no longer feels connected to everyday people. I promise to represent all the people of New Jersey, to be approachable, be responsive, and think like the voters themselves - not like a 40 year career politician who is corrupt and entitled.

This unacceptable of public servants. @FrankPallone and his brother need to treat first responders with the dignity they deserve.
Is this how you treat your Lifeguards Long Branch? @FrankPallone do you want your brother the Mayor to stain your legacy? What happened to the Lifeguard parking passes your brother stopped handing out 2 Summers ago? How much money are you really saving by charging your first responders to park. @Oldglorycries @EdTheTruckerNJ @HillaryHerzig @LyndaNJPatriot Hey, @AswVickyFlynn @NJAsmGerry @declanoscanlon, these are your constituents from Rumson, Little Silver, Oceanport, etc. who are making sure our Essex County visitors don’t drown in the Long Branch surf each Summer. Get on the horn to Mayor Pallone and tell him to pay the $500 to have some parking placards printed for the city’s 120 plus Lifeguards.

Instead of celebrating politicians like @FrankPallone for returning a few dollars, maybe we should ask why the tax code took so much from hardworking Americans in the first place. The real solution isn't bigger refunds. It's a simpler, fairer tax system that lets people keep more of what they earn from day one. Americans don't need politicians playing Robin Hood with their own paychecks.

The tragic military aircraft crash in California has left our nation mourning the loss of those who stepped forward to serve something greater than themselves. Sacrifice in service to our country is not limited to combat deployments. Danger exists during training, transportation, and everyday duties, wherever our service members are called to serve. Tonight I mourn with the families, friends, and service members affected by this loss. We honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation. May God comfort the grieving, grant strength to those left behind, and remind us all to stand united in support of our military families during this difficult time. Their service shall not be forgotten.

Rudy was an orphaned fawn whose mother died. For seven years, Cammy Lowe cared for him, fed him, sheltered him, and ensured he received veterinary care. Now she has a criminal conviction. Being a good steward of our land means caring for animals that cannot care for themselves. Cammy Lowe shouldn't have a conviction—she should have a medal. If compassion for an orphaned animal is a crime, perhaps it's the law that needs rehabilitation. nj.com/mercer/2026/06/nj-wom…

On Flag Day, we honor the symbol of unity that has carried our nation forward for nearly 250 years.Though the flag has changed since 1777, what it stands for has not: freedom, sacrifice, and the enduring promise of America. Let's unite behind our shared flag and our shared future. Happy Flag Day, USA! 🇺🇸

This weekend, Frank Pallone posted photo opportunities from a gala and festival. Last week, it was another parade. Meanwhile, families across New Jersey are stretching every dollar, paying higher utility bills, higher grocery bills, and struggling to afford a night out with their own families. Ask yourself: What problem did those photo ops solve for you? Legislators should legislate.
Public servants should solve problems. This November, vote for results - not photo ops.

An "independent" campaign supported by political insiders may look grassroots but voters should always follow the facts. I challenged the independent petition filed in district 6 after the primary and the judge ruled the petition ultimately failed to qualify for the ballot. The facts uncovered during that process raise serious questions that deserve further review. Voters deserve transparency, accountability, and the truth.

The Spotted Lanternfly is an invasive species that damages trees, crops, and other plants throughout New Jersey. The Spotted Lanternfly doesn't bite or sting. It just stays around too long, spreads everywhere, drains resources, and becomes increasingly difficult to get rid of. Sound familiar? New Jersey fights invasive species every year. Maybe Washington should too. Term Limits Needed. Stop the spread. Protect New Jersey. 🌳🪰

Tomorrow at 10am - I will formally present my petition challenge before the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law regarding the ballot petition filed by an Independent after the primary in NJ-06. This challenge concerns signature validity and compliance with New Jersey election law. Transparent elections and lawful ballot access matter. The hearing is public. Members of the public seeking attendance information should contact the OAL directly at (609) 689-4034 or visit the OAL website for access information.

Even NJ Globe is talking about @FrankPallone 's age and the nepotism and political connections in District 6 that fuel the insiders only club. Does Frank Pallone look old? NOT a Democrat or Republican concern. ALL Americans are asking why Congress looks more like a retirement institution instead of a fast moving body capable of leading a modern nation. If your representative isn't capable of handling the speed and complexity of a rapidly advancing nation, it's okay to admit it. After 38 years in Congress it's time to send Pallone to the retirement home, and no I don’t mean back to Congress. Video source: @NJGlobe - Commentary and opinions are my own. No endorsement implied.

June is PTSD Awareness Month. Many veterans live with PTSD and other service-connected conditions that can be triggered by constant loud, repetitive noise. What some people dismiss as “just noise” can seriously affect a veteran’s peace, sleep, anxiety levels, and quality of life. Respect for veterans should include respect for the environments they live in and the communities they return home to.

On D-Day, freedom was defended by ordinary men who faced extraordinary danger. Through courage, sacrifice, and unwavering resolve, they stormed the shores of Normandy and changed the course of history. These heroes stood against tyranny and secured liberty for generations to come. May we never forget their sacrifice. God bless them all.

Eighty-two years ago today, the fate of the free world turned on the courage of ordinary men asked to do the extraordinary. On June 6, 1944, more than 156,000 Allied soldiers crossed the English Channel and stormed the beaches of Normandy — many knowing they might never return. They came not for glory, but for something far greater: the liberation of a continent crushed under tyranny. D-Day was not simply a military operation — it was the moment the tide of history changed, purchased at an almost incomprehensible cost in blood and sacrifice. As we mark the 82nd anniversary, we don’t simply remember a battle. We remember the men behind it — their fear, their faith, and their extraordinary willingness to give everything so that others could live free. That debt does not expire with time. It only deepens. @Normandy @WW2Facts #dday #normandy #dday82 #ww2 #ww2history

We hold primaries so voters can choose their representatives — not so political machines can flood the field at the last minute with outsiders and spoiler candidates to dilute challengers’ support. That’s not democracy, it’s controlled opposition and political theater. If the same insiders who claim to defend democracy are quietly backing distractions to protect career politicians, the public deserves to know. I’ve filed OPRA requests to examine these petition signatures and find out who is really behind these filings and why. Voters deserve transparency, not ballot manipulation disguised as “choice.”
