Texas 431 is great transition game
Game starts with a pass to 1 of the 3 offensive players FT Line extended.
The last defender is trailing & it will be 4 on 3 till he gets back.
The offense has 10 Seconds to Score
Make or miss, it is 4v4 w/ a press on the way back down

Most shooting drills are detrimental b/c players are walking for the ball, making lazy passes, grabbing the ball w/ 1 hand, traveling as they catch, not shooting at game speed.
