The state of this @bookingcom property. Needless to say, we left immediately but owner currently refusing a full refund and @bookingcom say it’s nothing to do with them 🤷♂️ (Spot the bonus woodlouse in that mouldy shower)

In the latest in my occasional series on the @bookingcom scam, their new line is that because we had a partial refund from the mouldy house for our 75-minute stay there is nothing else they can do. So somebody has pocketed £432 of our money out of all this. We fight on!
