Hey after an hour waiting for customer service to pick up, l managed my personal details when the line went dead. Despite having my phone number on his screen they didn’t call back!!! Your dishwashers are rubbish!

Question are you able to look up and see this is going on the 3rd attempt in over a month I'd have to go through the emails to provide the other 2 case numbers both of which should have never been closed especially the 2nd one where I maintained constant contact with hisense

2nd cases is a new development but is directly linked to the whatever the defect is and even if it's a part a technician could fix, I should mention I'm disabled so I am home all day every day even had them note that in my file telling hisense and the Louisiana based company but

Don’t ever buy a trash @Hisense_USA television. I’ve had this less than 3 years and I get this message every time I turn it on. It won’t allow me to delete any apps. Never buying this brand again!

Hey @Hisense_USA, why is your customer service refusing to honor your own 50-mile warranty rule? My TV failed 2 months in, and your agents keep stonewalling me and denying supervisor escalations. I've officially filed a BBB complaint. Case #[H4299331]. Fix this.

Our new @HisenseUK 5S Series heat pump tumble dryer arrived today. ⚡ A rated, 10kg, 📞 Ordered yesterday 🚚 Delivered today. Old tumble dryer recycled, packaging taken away ♻️ Fantastic service from @ao. And the #AOBear is a pretty adorable addition to the house too. 🐻

@HisenseUK I've tried your online contact system and haven't received any responses. I purchased a new washing machine from @ao with the 5 year warranty offer, but in registration your warranty only says 2 years. Please advise how you will rectify this.

@HisenseUK I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. My Hisense washing machine is only 1 month old and has already broken down. With 5 children, we rely on it every day, and being left without a working machine is causing significant disruption to our family.
