The exhibit features a scale model of the Hubble Space Telescope as well as several “satellite” units that provide viewers with a hands-on experience with the same technology that allows Hubble to gaze at distant galaxies!

On this day in 1974, Mobile born and raised baseball player Hank Aaron broke Babe Ruth’s 1935 record for the most career home runs with his 715th. #FromTheCollection is Hank Aaron’s 754th, a walk-off homerun off Texas pitcher Steve Foucault. He retired with 755 career home runs.
