HI Jay, We are aware of an issue with our widgets no longer working on iOS 18. Hive is missing from available/searchable app widgets on iOS18. We are looking into ways to resolve this. ^Regards Carole

Hi Robert, hard to say straight off the bat (if you DM us full account details along with further info, we can advise more specifically) but there could be a compatibility issue. 1/2. ^RD

A good test for this would be to swap this Hive TRV with another. If the issue follows the TRV, there may be a fault with it. If the issue presents itself on the same radiator with a different TRV, it is likely a compatibility issue, or issue with radiator's pin itself. ^RD 2/2.

If you have Hive TRVs and have enabled child lock in the app popping the batteries out and back in to the TRV will disable it. You can enable it again when the app issue is fixed. bddy.me/3WCqLuA Kind regards Hive Team

Good Afternoon. App version 10.52.2 is now available for both iOS and Android users. This fixes the issue that prevented users from logging in if using a Hive widget. Some users still may be logged out after updating the app to this version.

Good Morning everyone. The issue causing some users to see an error message when attempting to log back in after updating to Version 10.52.1 has now been resolved. Version 10.52.1 is available on iOS and should be available for more Android users later today.

3/ The issue started around 16:20 and was resolved by approximately 18:30. We are sorry for any inconvenience this caused.

2/ All pre-set automations or schedules would have worked as usual and our voice integrations were generally not impacted. We have plans in place to prevent this kind of issue occurring again in the future.

1/ On Sunday around 4:20pm, a power outage led to a large number of hubs trying to reconnect to the platform at the same time. This spike in traffic put our system under stress and as a result all customers would have experienced issues with our app.

The issue impacting customers with Apple HomeKit who have TRVs (where Hive devices appeared offline/unresponsive) has been resolved. Customers will find that if they have unlinked their HomeKit they will need to recreate automations again. We apologise for any inconvenience.

We currently have an issue impacting HomeKit users who have TRVs. In the HomeApp your Hive devices will show offline/greyed. You will still be able to control your devices in the Hive app. Please be assured that we are working on a fix for this issue as a priority.
