Bitcoin, Wars, and The Coming Revaluation Everyone should be shocked by how well Bitcoin is holding up given the rapid escalation of the Iranian conflict. Of course, there may still be downside, however, the initial market reactions point to an asset that is maturing. This is the decoupling narrative playing out before your eyes. Bitcoin is going through puberty. Everyone is assuming that Bitcoin will always have huge drawdowns. No, you're wrong. Bitcoin's longterm trajectory is to become an almost 0 volatility asset. The volatility that it does experience will be imputed based on regional shocks, not global ones. In layman's term, Bitcoin itself will not be volatile, but regional events will effect the supply and demand of Bitcoin, leading to localized volatility. This is hyper Bitcoinization. This is when Bitcoin fractures the world through decentralization. There will be a time when your localized economy will be so effected by bad policies due to the ubiquity of Bitcoin that you will force your leaders out. Under a Bitcoin Standard, the tide will reveal the nakedness of politicians much quicker than we could ever imagine today. The same will be true for bad businesses and nonprofits. Onward we go.

The Saylor attacks seem manufactured. Who did Saylor piss off to get this reversal? One day you’re loved; the next day people hate you. I know we’re in a bear market, but this hate feels coordinated in some way.

🚨 THIS IS HOW $SPCX ACTUALLY PLAYS OUT FROM HERE Day 1 opens with a pump - retail floods in, peak FOMO, headlines everywhere Insiders sell into every green candle That's not cynicism - that's how 93% of major IPOs have behaved historically Then comes the part nobody talks about on launch day: Months of slow bleed while retail holds and prays Momentum fades, attention moves on and another narrative takes over Most day-one buyers end up underwater - sometimes for years Meta IPO'd at $38 in 2012, dropped 53% in 100 days The people who waited 6 months bought at $17 from the people who bought the hype Same pattern now $1.77T valuation at listing with 95% insider ownership is not an entry point It's an exit point - just not yours Two ways to play this: 1. Buy today and fund the insider unlock schedule 2. Wait until nobody cares, valuation reflects reality, and you buy from the people who bought from them Same asset, six months apart - completely different trade I'll be watching the 6-month window Follow notifs on, I will keep you updated
JUST IN: SpaceX is now America's 6th most valuable public company

Being an MSTR shareholder feels a lot like being a venture capitalist. Not because the company is a startup. But because of where you sit in the capital structure. The preferred shareholders get paid first. The bondholders get paid first. The lenders get paid first. Common shareholders are last. You’re the shock absorber. You’re the one who takes the volatility. You’re the one who watches 30%, 40%, and 50% drawdowns. You’re the one everybody laughs at when things get ugly. But there’s a reason venture capitalists accept that risk. Because the common equity holder is also the one with the greatest upside. The preferred shares have a ceiling. The debt has a ceiling. The lenders have a ceiling. Common equity does not. As a regular investor, I don’t get access to SpaceX private rounds. I don’t get access to Anthropic. I don’t get access to the next billion-dollar venture deal before everyone else. But through MSTR, I get exposure to a high-risk, high-volatility equity where the upside is theoretically uncapped. That’s the trade. You can’t demand venture-capital upside while demanding treasury-bill risk. The reward exists because the risk exists. If you’re not comfortable being the last one in line during difficult times, you won’t be around long enough to benefit from being first in line when value is created. That’s why most people won’t hold MSTR. And that’s precisely why the opportunity exists. ₿

As everyone watches the SpaceX IPO today, its worth remembering this advice from Buffett "The idea that a newly issued security (IPO)—brought to market at a time of the seller's choosing and surrounded by massive hype—is the single best bargain among thousands of global businesses is absolute nonsense. When an offering carries a ridiculous 7% commission just to incentivize salespeople, it simply cannot be the most attractive investment available. While people easily get caught up in the excitement of a new launch, look at the reality: you have thousands of existing public companies whose prices are set by a natural auction market, free from aggressive promotion or hidden fees. It makes no sense to buy a security precisely when an insider decides the timing is perfect to sell. Frankly, it isn't worth spending five seconds thinking about IPOs." - Warren Buffett

The key to understanding Bitcoin is to understand the physical and financial components. If you only view BTC as a financial asset you will miss the constant sell pressure of miners. If you only view BTC through a mining lens you will miss the importance of treasury companies.

Clickbait version: “Strategyᴮ CEO Le Phong sold $11M of $MSTR. He’s abandoning ship!!!" Reality: Le Phong didn’t randomly decide to dump $11M of shares because he lost faith in the company. He receives part of his compensation in $MSTR stock. When that stock vests, taxes have to be paid, so part of the shares are sold to cover tax withholding. This was arranged back in May 2024 under a pre-arranged 10b5-1 plan. Not panic selling. Just normal equity compensation mechanics at a public company.

Everything is going exactly as I predicted. $60K has been hit. Now the real liquidation phase begins. Bottom target: $42K-45K Remember, I warned about the $82K bull trap and Saylor’s sell-off before they happened. My next call will be the biggest one of this cycle. Turn on notifications. Most people will follow me too late.
We're right on schedule. Bitcoin is preparing for a final dump to $42,000 in 30 days. One last capitulation before the real bottom. $64K → $60K → $55K→ $47K → $42K Next stops: → $60K in days → $42K by July-August Remember, I warned about the $82K bull trap and Saylor’s sell-off before they happened. My next call will be the biggest one of this cycle. Turn on notifications. Most people will follow me too late.
