To whoever recommended Nutrient Power by Dr. Walsh, thank you. I fit the undermethylated biotype to a tee and realized the B-complex I was taking was counterproductive (likely B5 and methylated B9). Dropping them has me feeling calmer and less “inner tension” as Walsh describes

For my Canadian Peaters struggling to find a clean, affordable oyster source: order the Otter Kingdom brand from the US Amazon and use the cross border shipping service Shippsy—I confirmed with the broker and they will import them even though they're packed in South Korea.

These geese sounded like helicopters landing. Majestic sight in the steamy, sun-kissed water. This water is an ice bath in the summer, I can only imagine how cold it is when it’s -20 C outside.

Our thoughts are often more stressful than the alleged stressor itself. Experiment with what feels best to your bio-individual self.

Worrying about a glucose spike is causing a greater glucose spike than the food you’re worried about causing a glucose spike.

If you solved all your health problems by “just eating real food”, I’m happy for you, but you did not have very serious health problems to begin with.

First time I’ve seen this new high in sugar ‘warning’ on OJ. But go ahead and buy adulterated grains or high fructose corn syrup slop, it’s good for you.

For the past couple months I’ve had nagging wrist pain that wouldn’t budge, I remembered that I switched to wireless keyboard/mouse at work—removing them almost instantly resolved the pain. I wonder what other nnEMFs are wreaking havoc. Living off grid for a week sounds lovely.

Another unexpected benefit of high dose thiamine therapy: my ptosis has resolved. My right eyelid used to droop noticeably, but that’s no longer the case.

Off high dose thiamine, my respiratory sinus arrhythmia varies by up to 25 BPM. On it, only 5-10 BPM. I feel more stable without the large swings which were even worse when standing. I just wish I could curb the visual symptoms of dysautonomia, they’re so disorienting.

My health improved significantly when I stopped listening to what others said was "good for me" and started listening to what made me feel good.

TTFD reliably restores my ability to sweat—but seems to liberate histamine as my propensity to flush increases. Megadoses of benfotiamine don’t move the needle at all for any of my dysautonomia symptoms I never thought I’d be chasing wet underarms but sweating feels so relieving

Lol he insta blocks everyone who questions his quackery. Anyone can cherry pick studies and select a clickbait punchline, but there is context that should be dissected.
