In the new Karen Read filing to compel Colin Albert to produce discovery and sit for his deposition, her team says that Allie McCabe's Life 360 data NEVER SHOWED AN ARRIVAL OR DEPARTURE FROM 34 FAIRVIEW on Jan. 29, 2022, nor does it show her going to Colin's house AT ANY TIME!!!! That is so HUGE! That means that not only did Allie and Colin lie in their testimony, the screenshots Colin Albert showed in Trial 1 were FAKE. He has never shown the metadata for the screenshots and Karen's team believes they were a cut/paste job in a Word type of document. I am aware of at least six individuals who, to my knowledge, are expected to testify in the upcoming witness intimidation case involving @DoctorTurtleboy. The accounts I have heard share a common theme: each witness is reportedly prepared to testify under oath regarding incidents they personally witnessed, either in person or over the phone, in which they believed his conduct was intended to inflict emotional distress and harm. If such testimony is presented, it would be consistent with and potentially corroborative of the public conduct for which he has become widely known, where basically everyone has already concluded that causing emotional distress was his primary objective.
