Special thanks to @RejuvenateMD and Dr. Lonny Green for their generous support! Dr. Green and his team hosted an awareness/funds drive for HomeAgain. They were able to spread the word about the work being done at the Espigh Family Shelter and raise some much needed funds.

Our good friends at Homeward are out collecting important data on homelessness today. The data gathered through the Point-in-Time count helps us all form a better understanding of homelessness in RVA. Thank you to everyone that is involved with that effort today!

Every day that someone sleeps outside, in a car, or somewhere temporary is a day that they are experiencing homelessness. We are fighting alongside so many others to end homelessness, and ensure everyone in our community has a safe home.

Temperatures are in the high 90's for the next few days. Extend kindness to individuals bearing the heat without a safe shelter. A simple gesture of offering bottled water can greatly reduce the risk of dehydration.
