Might be an unpopular opinion but J think at this point it's better to remove all the launchers from heat dash directly. It might be maybe a big nerfs for some moves, but we are still talking about moves that on worse case scenario (blocked) will do chip dmg 5 ob. And before getting heat they give you heat hp recovery. They won't be bad. It just makes no sense now to see bryan qcf1 2 or smasher still launching while other stuff do not. Just make all of them give a granted grounded hit and that's it. Sometimes(a lot of times actually) less is better.
