@SP_EnergyPeople @MartinSLewis I contacted sp through chat to find out the an approx cost of my upcoming increase-first I was told that he was looking into it for me and will get back to me then 3 hrs later was asked what was my query then I had to repeat

That was on Thursday I asked him to show my message to someone that could help he has now not replied and cut me off. Whereas I then asked on mse forum for help as I need to know what payments I was facing - really helpful on there got a calculation instantly

My smart meter machine isn’t working either I need a new one Shocking service from @SP_EnergyPeople -Ayan was who I was talking to but not on the chat
@SW_Help yesterday we did a journey from Ashtead to Guildford London road using our key smartcard -the journey showed today as incomplete - the guard at Guildford LR said the smart card is not accepted there and he said my son has traveled without a ticket and could be fined

@SW_Help ??? The guard also said effectively he travelled without a ticket where as he tapped out of Ashtead this is shown on his journey as I had to fill out an incomplete journey form
