Why is it that no one seems to think itโs important to teach their dogs the very basics of how to walk in a leash. I am so tired of being handed dogs to walk who donโt even understand the basics never mind dog that donโt pull. ๐

Did like everyone forget about Thanksgiving this year until this week???
I have had at least 10 requests for pet sitting for Thanksgiving or this weekend come in just THIS week (and itโs only Tues!).
Iโve been booked for well over a month for this weekend.

Love when I client says we might need more visits in a few weeks and you tell them โIโm really swamped, you need to let me know asap.โ and then they wait until only a few days before they need to more than double their visits to ask you. So helpful. ๐
I hate reading potential client profiles that include:
โExuberant on leashโ
Separation anxiety
Home destruction
Skittish with strangers
Needs to go out ~8x/day
Iโm a pet sitter not a miracle worker.
Let hope these issue are minor ๐ฌ

It drives me nuts that the only other #dogwalker I ever come across while walking dogs is a complete moron who doesnโt bother to leash the dogs she is walking even when other on leash dogs come down the trail. AND she lets them swim in this very tiny disgusting pond. Ugh! ๐ฃ

How does my client suddenly forget what my fee is that he has been paying me every week for the last 3 months??? Like how?? You paid it last week and every week before that and today you question why I left a note saying you only left me a partial payment?! ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ #dogwalker

๐๐๐ Yeah, good luck getting someone to pet sit your small farm for less than the $55-65/day I quoted you. Even when I was doing it 20 years ago as a teenager I was getting paid $40/day. #Bye ๐

Refusing to approved RX requests from places like Chewy for your clients is not going to bring business in. Itโs going to drive clients away.
My first reaction to this new policy at my vets was...โThis is a huge inconvenience should I switch vets?โ

Love when a client books midday walks while she is away and hubby is home watching the dogs. She specifically said she needed midday b/c heโd be at work...turns out he is home most of the day and she just wanted that time frame...thanks for wasting my busiest time of the day....

When your client who can barely handle the care for their cats informs you they are getting a puppy...and to top it off a breed that really needs experienced owners.

Fuuuck. I agreed to do midday visits for two weeks for this new puppy...then my clients tells me the 14 week old pup has โbeen bounced around a bitโ and that Iโll need to meet with their relative whose a dog trainer whose flying the puppy out to them from across the country. ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ
