Do you use PageNotFoundManager for Umbraco on v10-13 and have nested domain bindings?
If so, you may have been experiencing a bug where the wrong 404 page was being show.
A fix for this has now been released

I was not surprised to learn at #CodeGarden not many developers had heard of or used #UmBootstrap, I was surprised how many had not even tried Block Grid.
UmBootstrap is entirely built on Block Grid and Block List

I've also patched the ultra-old Plumber version that pre-dates joining Umbraco - 2.1.13 for Umbraco 8 and 9.
