Let’s talk chorizo - looking at this brand, it would seem that there are regional variations on the spices used is this traditional sausage, or is this just that every country thinks it’s chorizo is best? Has anyone tried chorizo from different countries side by side?

Crunch craving crushed in less than 3 minutes! Had some green olives, but was craving something crunchy. Celery is a great pairing here, playing on the grassy notes in olives. Tied it together w/ fermented verde sauce from Benny Things. Interview here hotsaucecookbook.com/blog/f/…

Award winning Old City Fire rocking their Smokin Datilpeno- this is a fun sauce that pulls in more Datil heat than most with a nice touch of smoke. Have you tried Datil peppers? Come try this in Atlanta on 6/20 at Atlantucky at the Hot Sauce Fest ATL popup.

Basil, lemon and garlic are magical. I’ve used them with some cheese tortellini and kales, that I loaded with garlic and Parmesan. To add some heat, I grabbed Dakota Heat Garlic inferno habanero hot sauce. If you want to spice up Italian dishes, this is a no brainer.
