⚠️Roadmap for my Laundry Realm⚠️ Monday (08/06) – 2 Noctua fans arrive so I can mount them on the 2 new NerdQaxe stands and get ready for the summer survival mission. Tuesday (09/06) – The new Gama 601 arrives. Friday – Hopefully the LAN adapter from @GoBrrr_me arrives so I can try to improve my old NerdQaxe . 16/06 – The Thermalright TR AXP90-X53 arrives for the Bitaxe GT 801. Second half of the year – I need to start thinking about switching all my miners to a proper PSU. I think that’s my Achilles’ heel right now. In the meantime, I hope to find a block (just like everyone else!) and hope my wife doesn’t leave my bags at the front door when the electricity bill arrives. 😂 One of the best things about this journey has been the solo mining community. Weekend goal was to get my Bitaxe GT 801 error rate closer to what I achieved with my 601. Progress is looking good so far, although there’s still room for improvement. Mostly staying below 0.6% error rate. The hunt for the perfect efficiency/stability sweet spot continues.

Bitaxe 601 Sweet spot found! 590 MHz / 1220 mV Error rate now sits close to 0%. Only after watching @wantclue video did I understand why the error rate changes so fast. With the latest update, the stats are now real-time, making those fluctuations visible. #Bitaxe #SoloMining

After the latest bitaxe update, error rates on both my 601 and 801 are much more volatile and harder to judge accurately. On the plus side, I’m seeing better performance and lower temps. Anyone else noticing the same?

Day 2 of real heat in Portugal and last night was rough. Fans at 100%, hot air everywhere in the laundry realm, ambient temps above 27°C. Had to reposition the setup and shut down the GT801, it was running so hot it was probably ruining the whole airflow. 121 days until autum…
