I got paid more for a thumbnail I made in 20 minutes than one I spent 4 hours on. Clients pay for outcomes. Not suffering.

The easiest way to get more clients isn't improving your thumbnails. It's improving your profile.

Your next client is probably already following you. They just haven't seen enough proof yet.

The best thumbnail AI isn’t the one that creates the thumbnail. It’s the one that kills bad ideas before you waste 2 hours designing them.

90% of thumbnail designers are using AI backwards. They use it to generate ideas. I use it to test ideas.

Branding your thumbnails is underrated. A great thumbnail gets clicks. A recognizable thumbnail gets clicks for years.

I used to think this was normal. I work every day. Weekdays, weekends… doesn’t matter. I have a thumbnail business and an agency to run. When people go to a café to relax, I bring my laptop and turn it into a workspace. When I travel, I work. Holidays? Somehow they become work trips. 😅 The weird part is that if I spend too much time doing nothing, I get bored fast and start looking for something to build, design, or improve. At this point, I’m not sure if I’m passionate about my work or if I’m secretly in a long-term relationship with my MacBook. Am I a workaholic? 🤔

I made a thumbnail in 15 minutes and got paid $200 for it. That video ended up being 1/10. Proof that clients don’t pay me for the time it takes to design. They pay for the experience, strategy, and years it took to make 15 minutes enough.

That feeling when you look at your old designs and realize how far you’ve come. Looking at my old designs used to make me cringe. Now they make me proud. Proof that consistency compounds.

Most thumbnail portfolios are just collections of images. The best portfolios are collections of results.
