This is an excellent read for anyone interested in high school athletics and the local media who cover it. Almost none of this was an issue during my sports writing days (1988-96). I subscribe to the N-H and will continue to do so. Here's hoping others do the same.
My prep column this week (last 1 of the school year)
The "I value your work ... as long as I don't have to pay for it" people leave me concerned about what the future holds for HS sports' media/community dynamic
But I know this: That dynamic still matters
