My players are working their way through a dungeon, getting pretty beat up on their way to fight the big bad. Left them some NPC helpers for extra firepower....they tossed a shrapnel grenade into the prison cell holding them. 🤦♀️

The madness continues...I've now got a spreadsheet with stats, initiative, etc for 16 individual encounters, which will take place over 7 irl locations, featuring I'm not sure how many monsters. Someone stop me...
