The latest radio ratings in West Michigan are some of the highest the @hugeshow has ever posted. My show destroyed the sports radio competition and was 2nd in men in the entire market.
Considering the ever changing environment of radio, podcasts, and other listening options it is truly humbling how so many of you choose to listen to us.

month ago this team was dead. Injuries everywhere. Thank God the AL Central is a dumpster fire, because the Tigers have a legitimate chance to come back and win this division.
And now comes the fun part.
What is Scott Harris going to do with Skubal?
For all the people telling me he’s not worth the money, save it. This organization has handed out millions based on projections. Now you have a proven ace, a team captain, a guy who wants to stay in Detroit, a guy his teammates love, and a guy the fans love.
And you’re still hesitant to pay him?
That’s not being smart. That’s arrogance.
If they let Skubal walk because they’re afraid to pay a proven superstar after paying for projections, it will be one of the dumbest decisions this franchise has made in years.

Day 1 at the @dowchampionship in Midland. Ran into former GVSU baseball player Doug White who was following his daughter @LPGA golfer Sarah White from Kentwood in round 1. I then stopped by the Veteran’s sky box and checked out @NASCAR driver @austindillon3 car decorated with a Dow salute to our country’s heroes.

Love this, but at the same time I know his time in Detroit is coming to end at some point in this season. I think it sucks the Tigers didn’t offer top dollar to keep him. He’s their biggest star and the only player on that roster that motivates fans to watch the team and come to the ballpark when he pitches. When he leaves they have what?
