A wild exercise that is uplifting to you, and helps you connect your conscious mind to your subconsciousness, is what I think of as an inventory of your qualities of being. I think it'd be easier to show you by doing an example. I'd lie down, hand over my heartspace, and I'd say, "I am loving. I am that." And then I'd wait a moment then if I was what I said, if it is true, I feel inside my subconscious wants to affirm, so I say, intending my subconscious to say with me, "I am that. I am loving." Together, "i am loving. I am that. I am that. I am loving." is a quatrain, a sort of cantrip that also tells my higher consciousness about myself, how I view myself, how I want my life to be. "I am valued. I am that." Then, "I am that. I am valued." I have made lists of my qualities, and it reaffirms what i am to my inner self, what sort of person I am, and what sort of qualities I value about myself. "I am worthy. I am that. I am that. I am worthy." And so on.
