The Eastern Highlands provincial disaster office had zero reports of lost ID. Dorothy & Lisa estimate at least 270 ID documents have been lost preventing access to employment, banking, and education. They plan to travel to Goroka to identify others. 2/3

With peace negotiations and the restoration of essential supplies and services taking priority, the issue of ID recovery has flown under the radar of authorities. But it is essential for people to get on with their lives. Great to see Dorothy & Lisa doing something about it. 3/3
