ALT Background and study aims This study aims to find out if breathlessness management training can help people with pulmonary fibrosis, a disease that causes scarring of the lungs and makes it hard to breathe. Medications can slow the disease but do not improve symptoms or quality of life. Shortness of breath is the most common and impactful symptom. This study will help doctors and policymakers make better treatment decisions.
