What are your thoughts on new teacher training and support
I found the phrase "๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฌ๐จ๐๐ญ ๐๐ข๐ ๐จ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐จ๐ ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฐ ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐๐ญ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ" to really resonate with me. I had not heard that concept phrased that way - really powerful! ๐ฅ
