Burnout can happen faster than you think, especially when you start to neglect your own needs. You should take a step back and take a break. Try to avoid sacrificing your own well being in order to achieve the next level of success. Live in the moment. -nardvillain @Jarnard

It doesn’t hurt to check in with people you care about. You’ll never know what people are going through. You could be the reason why their day turned out to be better. Call up a friend you haven’t heard from in a while. I’m sure they’ll love to hear from you. -jarnard @Jarnard

Not only do I check-in with my sims to see what color their plumbob is, but I also do the same for myself. It's important to check-in with ourselves. Every day we need to take care of our basic needs and emotions. What color is your plumbob today? nardvillain @Jarnard

Writer's block and Writers Fatigue can be discouraging and frustrating! Here are some tips I can recommend: Get up and Get Active, go for a walk. It will help clear your mind. As well, take a nap or read your favourite book! That will help you as well! Stassi @Stassijsims4

As a simmer! It is really easy to say YES! For an example: yes! I'll join your collaboration! But if you always yes.. you will get burnt out very quickly. Make sure you prioritize your mental health and when simming starts to feel like a job. Take a break Stassi @Stassijsims4

Having a good night's sleep and drinking a lot of water--my best tips: 1. Minimize your pre-bedtime blue light exposure. 2.Avoid that late-night meal or snack. 3.Carry a water bottle with you and refill it throughout the day 4.Serve water during meals Stassi @Stassijsims4

About 10 years ago I was at rock bottom. I went to therapy and he advised me to write how I feel. When I started to I thought, what if I wrote a story and I never looked back? So My advice: if you are in a dark place write down how you feel, it will make you feel better Stassi
