I genuinely want people to respectfully disagree with me about film takes.
There’re an unfortunate number of people in the film space who genuinely believe that their opinion is gospel. A dude at a junket once asked me what Cameron’s masterpiece was, I thought about it and said “T2.” He recoiled & said “Titanic,” like I’d gotten a trivia question wrong.

i’m genuinely perplexed about what is going on with people absolutely despising Disclosure Day?? its baffling to me that a movie with so much heart, sincerity, and profound ideas is the thing people have chosen to latch onto as “scourge of the earth” type shit

Good thing Spielberg also directed Mercy, it’s called Minority Report.
I honestly think if Disclosure Day didnt have Spielberg name attached it'd be getting similar reviews to this years Mercy. They aren't that different of films
