A dad says Valve has βa customer for lifeβ after the company sent him a free replacement Steam Deck case.
He reached out to Steam Support after his baby threw up on the original case and asked if he could buy a new one.
Instead, Valve told him they had already ordered a replacement and would send it free of charge.
