A busy few months on The Fitrovia site as we reached ground level, joined @kiergroup & @PCE_Hybrid for material inspections in the factory & were awarded @BRE_BREEAM 'Oustanding' in #design.
Also excited that this project will be using 90% #recycled steel.

Great progress at our projects - 120 Fleet Street, the 595,000-sq-ft development for Chinese Estates is now down to Ground Level while the core at 236,000-sq-ft Stonecutter Court has reached Level 11.

Excellent news that our project Lansdowne House has won Best Future #Office at the @worldarchfest!
Designed by @AHMMArchitects, the project will transform the southern end of Berkeley Square into 10 storeys of #sustainable office space across 225,000 sqft.
