🔥 Monday night, Burnaby firefighters responded heroically to a 4th Alarm fire at a three-storey apartment building on Jersey/Kingsway. Emergency teams acted swiftly, deploying 50 fire fighters, 13 engine companies and using ladders to contain the fire. Dozens of residents were safely evacuated, and local authorities are continuing their investigation to determine the full extent of the damage and cause of the fire, possible arson. 2 residents were sent to hospital with reports of smoke inhalation and 100 people displaced from their homes. This incident highlights the incredible dedication and bravery of our firefighters. Their rapid response and teamwork were instrumental in preventing a more severe outcome. #burnaby #firefighting #publicsafety
