Just listened to the @itvfootball panel talk about Harry Kane. He was elite when he left Spurs and he's elite now. Don't make out like his game was made at Bayern. He was made by Spurs only he had to move to be appreciated. Spurs fans knew for years how great he was.

People still try putting Rooney/Shearer in an England all time XI 😂
12 World Cup games. 10 goals. Brace today. No stop top performances this season for Harry Kane, for club and country. 💥🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

No, he probably wouldn’t have. But there’s also a chance someone else may have, and we’d of missed out. Like we did many times before under Levy. The lad hasn’t kicked a ball yet, time will tell if this is a good deal or not. Until then it’s just a game of opinions.
Ben Foster has said former #THFC chairman Daniel Levy messaged Simon Jordan to point out how supposedly Brighton have pulled Spurs’ pants down on a player that was out of contract next year…😳 I think it’s probably fair to say if Levy was still at the helm, he wouldn’t have paid £50M for Van Hecke. ❌😬

Villa fans: “it’s so unfair Spurs finished 17th twice in a row but can spend more money than us!” Maybe you should look at this… #THFC have made a total of £850M MORE than Aston Villa, Since 2020. Spurs have a unique stadium that generates hundreds of millions a year. To add to that, Spurs are in a good position with FFP and PSR so we can spend a lot. Us finishing 17th consecutively is irrelevant to how much we could theoretically spend. Spurs generate considerably much more than Aston Villa simply because we are a bigger club.

If we signed prime Messi for a pound rival fans would mock us for it and say we “ overpaid” It’s just part and parcel of supporting spurs. Ange was right - Spurs does crazy things to people There is so much potential at Tottenham and for years been ignored.

They just don’t get it do they, the geordies? 😬😂
There’s no way people actually think we aren’t a step up from Newcastle

Yes. The term world class is thrown around way too much these days. Kane is absolutely the only world class player we have.
Do you agree with Gary Neville? 💭

The most blissfully self unaware fan base on gods green earth
Most insufferable football fanbases on X (@OptaAnalyst) : 1 - Liverpool, cry over everything. 2 - Spurs, think they’re a big club. 3 - West Ham, only talk about Rice. 4 - Chelsea, only talk about the past. 5 - United, pretend they’re not Arsenal fans. After the trophy parade, Arsenal are rated as the BIGGEST fan base in England (1st).

Harry Kane discourse the absolute worst part of England football twitter. Fella just scored 60 goals playing like it this season but Big Dave from Ipswich reckons he should stop dropping deep and Ivan Toney should start instead

This country can never change 😂😂😂

You could tell where the England hard-core home-and-away fans were in the stadium by the proud ignoring of the Mexican Wave.

Are these cunts genuinely claiming hard done by when they’ve claimed a league title via no red cards or pens despite literally head butting players? What goes around, comes around.

I can’t help but think we’ve heard this all before with the footnote, “COYS, Daniel”. But time will tell, one way or the other.
#Tottenham owners, The Lewis Family, have released a letter to the fans: To the fans, As owners of 25 years, we have lived the highs and lows of Spurs with you. Finishing 17th this and last season does not reflect the stature or potential of this football club. We are bitterly disappointed and share your frustration. You, and we, expect more than this. We know this must never happen again. Our approach to running the Club is, and has been, to trust the experts to do that, while backing them to be successful. The problems we found were deeper than we realised and were allowed to build over the last few years. We know that has eroded trust and we have to win that back. As owners, we take ultimate responsibility for the situation in which the Club finds itself. We also take responsibility for rebuilding Spurs. Our ambition is to recapture the spirit of the Club and bring back the excitement, the fearlessness and the bold football we have always felt defined us. That means football comes first. The Board and Executive team have laid out their plans to meet this ambition. This will require investment – in our teams, the academy, our backroom functions and more - and we are fully committed to this. We are not selling the Club. We are all in. We are investing in it. You will see more of this in the coming months. We care deeply about Spurs. The rebuild the Club needs, and you deserve, has begun. The change required is deep. It will take time and commitment, but change is happening. We know that actions will speak louder than words. The Lewis Family

The most mind blowing part of this, is that they gave the free kick to Everton 😂
Röhl on Micky van de Ven yesterday… 👀 Didn’t even get booked, let alone a red card… in fact, it was a free-kick to Everton… 🙄🤦🏻‍♂️ Whatever happens next season, Spurs absolutely MUST ensure this @FA_PGMOL corruption ends.

Avoiding relegation may have preserved our Premier League status, but it should also serve as a warning. The fans carried this club through difficult moments, yet many of the problems we witnessed did not begin on the pitch — they began in the boardroom. Supporters deserve more than survival. They deserve leadership with vision, accountability and respect for the people who stand behind this club week after week. Without the fans, there is no atmosphere, no identity and ultimately no Tottenham Hotspur.
