The recent announcement from Jessica Stojkovsk (@JStojkovskiMLA ), WA’s Assisting Minister Transport on WA's crash towing reforms under the Towing Services Act 2024 is an important step for consumer protection. However, @ICAUS believes the Act can go further – heavy vehicle towing remains out of scope, with fees up to 10x other jurisdictions.
