1/ @goinggodotnet enjoyed ur convo on @fallthroughfm 4yrs ago took a job writing production go without prior experience. 4 yrs later I can grok even LLM code, bcos I debugged & hand wrote code developing mental models & muscle memory. Never wrote significant Python code.

Looks like @TMobile @TMobileHelp has gone down the drain and it's time to move on after 12 years. Customer care is no longer care. 😢 I have to report to BBB the bait and switch. If this is how they treat long term customers I can only imagine what they do to others.
