Why waste state resources to train 1 million coders when such modules are free online? Even my team members have been training Ghanaians for free on most digital tools. One million coders to do what?

Often we do not think government policies, laws and programme push people into poverty. Businesses have folded up because of government policies.
The Government has built systems to help the poor. However, these same systems engineer poverty instead.
